You can simply contact us on our contact page our customer service team will be more than happy to help you with everything you need!

You can pay your order with credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) using our payment processor at checkout or you can use PayPal which we are verified.

Orders are handled and shipped out from one of our warehouses around the world you may receive your package from USA, Germany, Spain, Russia or China. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons due to increase demand for products.

We process orders Monday through Friday and all orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. 

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days to be processed. 

 
After your order is processed it will take between 14-20 business days for the United States and 20-30 business days internationally depending on your location. 

Import taxes and customs fee may be charged once your order arrives your country which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility only and will not be covered by Dogs Rally. 

Keep in mind customs may cause delay and we are not responsible for any type of delay caused by your local custom office.
